How to rock it to support Special Olympics Arizona athletes

Climb and rappel at AZ on the Rocks Nov. 16 to show your support for Special Olympics Arizona athletes. 

AZ on the Rocks is hosting a night dedicated to Special Olympics Arizona athletes and supporters to help prepare participants for the annual Over the Edge event.

For $10 you’ll have access to climbing, rappelling, ninja warrior and the fitness and yoga studio. You’ll also get to interact with Howler, the Phoenix Coyotes mascot, and watch him bravely free fall!

WHAT: $10 rock climbing, rappelling and more to support Special Olympics Arizona

WHEN: Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

WHERE: AZ on the Rocks at 16447 N. 91st Street #105 in Scottsdale

Athletes are hoping you’ll help them raise awareness and help them practice for their 27-story rappel Over the Edge spectacle coming up on Saturday, Dec. 10 at CityScape Phoenix.

Special Olympics Arizona’s annual Over the Edge event brings together more than 190 thrill-seekers with a waitlist for participants increasing each year.
